After years of writing resumes—for myself, for colleagues, for mentees—I kept hitting the same pain points:

• Version chaos. Which resume did I send to that company? Was it the one with the updated skills section?
• Generic content. The same bullet points sent to every job, with no customization for the role.
• ATS rejection. 75% of resumes never reach human reviewers—rejected by parsing algorithms.

The tools that exist are either too simple (basic templates with no intelligence), too expensive ($20+/month for features you use once), or privacy nightmares (your career data stored on servers you don’t control).
